This gives you superior service to management companies and individual homes. Their 1st class service to all of their guests with a front desk/concierge, Pool entertainment and other activities sets them apart. PLEASE NOTE: A $50 security deposit is required on every rental home, regardless of duration. This is taken in the form of an imprint and approval on a credit card upon arrival and is released upon departure providing there has not been any damage to the home. If the guest does not have a credit card, a $50 cash deposit will be required. Housekeeping: All homes will be professionally clean before your arrival. If you require an additional cleaning within your stay, extra fees apply.****IMPORTANT Minimum stay is 2 nights****

Orlando International Airport
Take exit south direction Tampa on Greenway South 417 (toll) until exit John Young Parkway South. Continue on John Young Parkway to Us Highway 192/Vine Street where you will turn right. Turn left in Oren Brown Street (between Super Walmart and Medieval Times). In ฝ mile turn left on N. Roma Way. Continue on N. Roma Way until you are at the Gate of lake Berkley Resort. Once inside, turn right on the stop sign and you will find the club house/Front desk.

From I-4
Take exit 64 Highway 192/Vine Street towards Kissimmee East. Approx 6 miles ahead, turn right on Oren Brown Street (between Super Walmart and Medieval Times). In ฝ mile turn left on N. Roma Way. Continue on N. Roma Way until you are at the Gate of lake Berkley Resort. Once inside turn right on the stop sign and you will find the club house/Front desk.
