My favorite season to go to Disney World on my Orlando vacation is definitely in the fall. The leaves in Orlando don’t quite change into the golden reds and yellows but the weather is much, much cooler than in summer- especially if you do what I do, and go after 4:00 pm. The best part is that the parks are rarely full in fall- schools

A new restaurant opened up just about a week ago at Disney’s Epcot- La Hacienda de San Angel, next to La Cantina de San Angel located at the Mexico area in Epcot’s World Showcase. It offers a beautiful view of the Epcot lagoon and, of course, the nightly fireworks extravaganza, Illuminations! The original restaurant opened in 1982 and was a quick service restaurant, with 288

On July 1, 2010, Disney’s Animal Kingdom welcomed three new baby warthogs and two scimitar-horned calves to their family, thanks to Animal Kingdom’s tradition of successful breeding and births. The mothers and babies were all extremely healthy and doing quite well and were held backstage to bond. The scimitar-horned oryx births were especially significant seeing as the animal species is now extinct in the wild.
