Here’s an interesting point- you’ve already planned and reserved your Orlando vacation, budgeted the money you save with us on souvenirs and food, and bought the plane tickets… now what? One of the most difficult parts of going on a great Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld vacation is… The Wait.
Yep- The Wait is one of the most grueling times before a vacation. You sit and work

The Olympics are here, and everyone’s mind (and eyes) are on the diverse countries appearing in the games. A great way to experience the international aspect of the Olympics right here in Florida is to go to Disney’s Epcot. The World Showcase features many of the countries competing in this winter’s Olympic games, and the employees are natives from each respective country- why not ask

Disney is reintroducing the Electrical Parade at Magic Kingdom this summer, as part of Summer Nightastic!- a summer show that was already in Disneyland in 2009. There will be an extra float in front- with Tinkerbell in the basket of a hot air balloon.
The parade is just one of several summer touches, including new Tower of Terror lighting and drop sequences at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

In my last post, I covered manners for shows. This time let’s focus on a similar phenomenon: loss of common sense during parades.
As a little girl, adults always let me in front of them to watch my favorite Disney or Universal characters during parades. These days I watch children struggling to see because an entitled stranger refuses to allow them in front. Now, there’s no

We all want to be kids again, with the plus of being an adult- wild, free, fun-loving being with no rules who can eat ice-cream for dinner if we want to.
Orlando theme parks are an amazing outlet for this; we can ride the rides we want, eat what we want, and nobody can tell us to use our inside voices when screaming out a lung

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, “Christmas Lights” has a very different, brighter meaning. The yearly Osborne Family Lights tradition began in 1993 when an Arkansas businessman decorated his house with Christmas lights for his daughter, 6-year-old Breezy. Every year he added more lights, until it drew onlookers from all over Arkansas. But after it started disrupting traffic (and neighborhood residents), the “spectacle” was labeled illegal. After
