The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival 2011 has a long list of amazing HGTV celebrities. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at noon and 3:00 pm, guests can come see these presentations at the HGTV Designers Stage. It’s located at the Festival Center next to Epcot’s Future World’s Mission Space. From the past weekends, we have:

Everyone is already raving about this year’s Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, which began March 2nd. It will continue on through this month and next, ending May 15th. As always, the festival is being hailed by professionals and amateurs all around as one of the best of its kind.

Ride Raves – Disney
Part 5: DisneyQuest
Disney’s DisneyQuest is a fairly lesser-known mini ‘theme park’ located in Downtown Disney. It’s right next to Cirque du Soleil and near the (relatively new) hot air balloon ride. It looks pretty small from the outside, but it contains within its windowless walls 5 floors of rides, games, and restaurants. Most of it is based on virtual reality

Part 4: Animal Kingdom
This is by far the most unique theme park in Orlando. Although Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is similar to Disney’s Animal Kingdom in that they both have rides, both work in animal conservation, and both have live animal tours with savanna themes. However, Disney’s Animal Kingdom allows guests to see behind the scenes into their animal conservation

At The Orlando Vacation Store, we offer rooms at the Disney World resort properties. All the Disney World Resort hotels listed are on Disney World Resort property, and are categorized based on budget- value resorts (most under $100 a night), moderate resorts (about $150 a night), deluxe ($215 a night), and deluxe villa ($250 a night). All of them offer transportation to Disney theme parks

Part 3: Disney’s Hollywood Studios
I don’t usually go to this park, mostly because many of the rides are fairly crowded on my days off. However, there are several attractions that I go to Disney’s Hollywood Studios just to see!
Beauty and the Beast
This is a condensed musical version of the classic Disney movie, and has some extra jokes, beautiful (and

Part 2: Epcot
Here’s the second half of the Epcot section!
2. World Showcase
Most of the ‘attractions’ here are the buildings, history, and food; especially during the Food and Wine festival and the Flower and Gardens Festival- but there are some rides that aren’t to be missed.
Mexico
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros
This is one of the best rides

Part 2: Epcot
As you will soon see, Epcot’s list is long enough to split into two posts- Epcot is, and has always been, my favorite of the four Disney World theme parks!
1: Future World
Spaceship Earth
It’s impossible not to find this ride- it’s located inside the giant Epcot ball! It features a look into the past, present, and future of

Part 1: Magic Kingdom
Haunted Mansion
The Haunted Mansion is by far one of the most fascinating rides at Disney World. The technology used in the ride, especially considering that the ride opened far before today’s sophisticated methods, is mind boggling. My favorite effects are the vases with projected faces that follow you as you ride past, and the ghostly waltz- which, even

In honor of President’s Day, it is only appropriate to talk about one of the original attractions at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom; The Hall of Presidents, thought of by Walt Disney himself. He got the idea from the 1964 New York World’s Fair attraction, “Great MomentsWith Mr. Lincoln,” so you will find this beautiful attraction in Lincoln Square. There is a huge 180 degree screen spanning about halfway around
