Disney – Kouzzina One Year Anniversary Tomorrow

Tomorrow, August 15, 2010, will mark the one year anniversary of the opening of Kouzzina by Cat Cora on Disney’s Boardwalk, offering the Wonderful World of Disney a taste of the wonderful world of greek-inspired cuisine. Cora graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and is also Executive Chef for Bon Appetit magazine AND is the first and only female Iron Chef on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America.” I have included the dinner menu, though there is also a breakfast menu and a desert menu.
