Just a little frightful, at least lately. With heavy morning rains perfect for sleeping-in and a cold spell spelling hot chocolate for many Floridians, visitors wonder just where the Sunshine State got its name. But no worries- the rain lifts around 1pm most days, meaning you can still get a sunny day at the parks- and most rides and events don’t close for rain unless there’s lightning, so you can have your full day at the Orlando parks with no problem! I would suggest bringing extra sweaters- the cold comes and goes but it seems that at night it’s here to stay. (Good news for us residents!)
