Halloween Horror Nights 20 has a new maze in store for this year’s scary spectacles! Joining forcing with Rob Zombie, “Rob Zombie’s House of 1000Corpses: In 3D Zombievision!” will treat guests to a three dimensional show featuring Capt. Spaulding, Dr. Satan, Baby, and Otis, along with the Firefly family home, Dr. Satan’s lair, and the Museum of Monsters and Madmen. The original show, based on the cult hit film “House of 1000 Corpses,” is sure to terrify, horrify, and entertain even the most hardened Halloween Horror Nights victims. I mean guests.
As always, guests are invited to meander through the darkened theme park, taking in the new horrors and terrifying mazes and shows that have earned Halloween Horror Nights the reputation of the best place to go for scares in Orlando- and one of the most terrifying Halloween spots in the country!
Rob Zombie and Universal Studios Hollywood have also partnered up for their “Halloween Horror Nights-Rob Zombie Film Competition.” Filmmakers can send in their scariest short films to be judged by a Rob Zombie-led panel of judges. The winner will be awarded a posting on Syfy.com, a premiere showing on Chiller, a cash prize of $1000, and a trip for two to the opening night of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. Some rides will stay open during Halloween Horror Nights XX, with a few Halloween Horror Nights style twists- including The Simpsons Ride, Jurassic Park In the Dark, and Revenge of the Mummy- The Ride!
