Disney's Boardwalk Villas

Disney’s Boardwalk Villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club; however, rooms are often available to non-members, though booking preference goes to Disney Vacation Club members. There are four room options to choose from. The best part of the Villas is that they are located right on Disney’s Boardwalk; that makes them a short walk away from Epcot, while the Boardwalk itself is full of restaurants, shops, music, and tons of entertainment and activities- such as family bike rentals, magicians performing on the Boardwalk, and the dance hall.

All rooms have high speed internet access (for a fee), and guests may call Housekeeping to request bed boards, bed rails, high chairs, and international electrical adapters.

The Studio rooms offer a private patio or balcony, a queen bed, double sleeper sofa, a table with two chairs, an armoire, a television, and a wall safe. There is a vanity area separate from the bathroom. There is also a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, coffeemaker, under counter refrigerator, and a sink. The resort stocks each room with two mugs, four glasses, paper bowls and plates, plastic cutlery, and linens and dish soap for easy cleanup. Some studio rooms also have a daybed in addition to the sleeper sofa and queen bed. There are handicap accessible rooms available upon request, with a single king bed and roll-in showers instead of a bathtub.

The One-Bedroom Villa includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, armoire, television, and wall safe. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, TV.DVD player, and a table with two chairs. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two chairs, a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. The resort stocks the rooms with dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for eight, as well as pretty much anything guests would need to cook. Dish soap, dishwashing detergent, linens, a vacuum cleaner, single load of laundry detergent, and a broom and dustpan are also supplied.

The Two-Bedroom Villa consists of a One-Bedroom Villas and a Studio with the connecting door open. They rooms offer a private patio or balcony, a queen bed, double sleeper sofa, a table with two chairs, an armoire, a television, and a wall safe. There is a vanity area separate from the bathroom. There is also a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, coffeemaker, under counter refrigerator, and a sink.           The Grand Villa is ideal for large parties- this villa can accommodate up to 12 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, full sized washer and dryer, private porch, and a master suite with a Jacuzzi. There are two additional bedrooms, each with two queen beds, private bathrooms, and televisions. The living room has an entertainment center with a 32” television, DVD and CD player, and a cathedral ceiling. Some rooms have two floors, and all rooms have at least two private balconies.

There are three pools located on the Boardwalk Villa grounds- the Luna Park pool, which boasts elephant statues spouting water and a 200-foot-long water slide, or two quiet pools located south of the main pool and east of Disney’s Boardwalk inn.

There is transportation available to all Disney theme parks and areas, through boats, buses, and “water taxis” as well as by monorail. Guests can pick up a transportation guide at check-in.
