No Cancellation Fee

Low Season:
We are so sure of the great price and services provided by our packages that if you can't reschedule your trip and must cancel instead, you can do this at no cost within 24 hours of making your reservation, unless the reservation is being made within 72 hrs of your arrival date. A $39 processing fee (per room) will be charged if you cancel your trip after the 24 hour grace period. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The $39 fee (per room) is also creditable towards your next reservation.

If you cancel within 72 hrs of your arrival date (or your reservation is made within 72 hrs of your arrival date) or don't show up at the hotel, then we'll retain the total package price up to $150 (per room).

Holidays dates-High Season:
If any day of your reservation falls in any of the following Holiday travel dates
(Jan 15 - 20, Feb. 12 - Feb. 17, Mar. 1 - Apr. 30, May 21 - Jul. 30, Sep. 3 - Sep. 8, Oct. 8 - Oct. 13, Oct. 29 - Nov. 11, Nov. 25 - Nov. 30, Dec. 18 - Jan. 4),

If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date (or your reservation is made within 7 days of your arrival date) or don't show up at the hotel, then we'll retain the total package price up to $300 (per room).
To cancel, call us at 1-866-400.6594 (after office hours leave a message); Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid. CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED BY PHONE; no emails or faxes will be accepted.
No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights.
