Just as important as what to do on vacation is where to stay. The ideal hotel is in a nicer area of town, close to shops and your chosen attractions, and easy to get to.There are four popular areas in Orlando. They are full of shops, restaurants, things to do, and places to stay.

 

 

These areas are the Lake Buena Vista area; the Maingate area; the SeaWorld and International Drive area, and the Universal area. Listed on each of the following maps are hotels that we work with– popular hotels with extremely good service and great locations.

Located in the north-eastern part of Disney, the Lake Buena Vista area is very close to Downtown Disney shops, entertainment and area restaurants. Premium Outlet Mall is also in this area, as well as many hotels. Lake Buena Vista is owned by the Walt Disney Company.
The Maingate area is situated in the southern part of Disney. The many hotels are located on Hwy 192 and its vicinity. This area is very close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and water parks.  

The Sea World area contains the Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica parks, as well as the Orlando Convention and Business Center. Further north in this area, there are many restaurants, shopping and night entertainment, and is conveniently located between SeaWorld and Universal Studios.

Just north of International Drive, the Universal area contains Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® theme parks, Wet & Wild, and Universal CityWalk®, with its many restaurants and night clubs, as well as the Hard Rock Café and Concert venues.
