Cinderella’s
Holiday Wish
Castle Show
began November
4 2011!
The
stunning castle
and light show,
“Cinderella’s
Holiday Wish”,
began this year
on November 4.
This show will
happen each
night through
December 30 of
this year, so
you have an
entire holiday
season to catch
it. On November
4 and 5, the
show will be at
7:15pm and all
other nights it
will be at
8:15pm. If
needed, there
will also be
sign language
interpretation
provided for
shows on Mondays
and Thursdays.
If you’ve ever
visited the
Magic Kingdom at
Walt Disney
World during the
holiday season,
then you
probably have
seen just how
beautiful the
castle is when
it’s decorated
with the holiday
lights. The
holiday season
is one of my
favorite times
of the year at
the Magic
Kingdom, just
because of how
pretty the
castle becomes.
If you
haven’t
seen it, check
out our blog
here for a
photo.

Mickey’s Very
Merry Christmas
Party Begins
Today!
The most
wonderful time
of year is
coming sooner
than you think.
The holiday
season at Walt
Disney World is
a magical time
to visit and
Disney
celebrates the
holiday season
with Mickey’s
Very Merry
Christmas Party.
This event is
held for
multiple nights
every November
and December and
celebrates the
holiday season
like only Walt
Disney World
can.
At Mickey’s Very
Merry Christmas
Party, the Magic
Kingdom theme
park at Walt
Disney World in
Orlando comes to
life in a
magical
winterland
setting. There
is a special
holiday parade,
exclusive
holiday
fireworks
display, special
character
meet-and-greets
and free cookies
and hot cocoa
all night long.
This event is
held after park
hours from 7 pm
to 12 midnight
and requires a
separate ticket
for admission,
but it’s an
affordable,
wonderful way to
get into the
holiday spirit
with Mickey.
Since the party
takes place for
many nights in
November and
December, there
are plenty of
chances to
attend. The
official dates
for this year’s
Mickey’s Very
Merry Christmas
Party are:
TODAY, Tuesday,
November 8
Wednesday,

Friday, November

Another Reason
to Stay at a
Disney hotel:
Free Wireless
Internet
This past
weekend, Walt
Disney World
Resort added a
wonderful new
perk to many
Disney Resort
hotels – FREE
wireless
internet in the
hotel rooms.
Many travelers
have been asking
for this for a
long time, and
now Disney is
offering it to
many hotel
guests. As of
last Friday, the
following Disney
Resort hotels
now offer free
“in-room”
wireless
internet:
Disney’s Animal
Kingdom Lodge
Disney’s Beach
Club Resort
Disney’s
Boardwalk Resort
Disney’s
Contemporary
Resort
Disney’s
Coronado Springs
Resort
Disney’s Grand
Floridian Resort
& Spa
Disney’s Old Key
West Resort
Disney’s
Polynesian
Resort
Disney’s
Saratoga Springs
Resort & Spa
Disney’s
Wilderness Lodge
Resort
Disney’s Yacht
Club
Most of the
hotels now
offering free
wireless
internet are
Disney Deluxe
Resort hotels,
but there is one
Disney Moderate
Resort hotel
also offering
free wireless
internet,
Disney’s
Coronado Springs
Resort. No word
yet if Disney
will expand free
wireless
“in-room”
internet to
other hotels,
but this is a
big step in the
right direction
for Disney
hotels.

wireless

Disney FASTPASS
Information
In Disney’s
FASTPASS system
is a free way to
“reserve” a time
to enter a
popular
attraction and
avoid the
regular, long
lines. Having
been to the
parks many
times, I have
seen many guests
get confused
about Disney
FASTPASS and
think that it is
something you
have to pay for.
The good news
is, it’s
completely FREE!
FASTPASS at
Disney does not
cost a single
penny, and to
help you have
the best
vacation
possible, we’re
going to teach
you how to make
the most of it.
When you
approach one of
the popular
attractions that
does have
FASTPASS, you
will see three
different signs
around the
entrance area.
One is the
FASTPASS
distribution
line (where you
will find the
machines you can
get your
FASTPASS), the
FASTPASS return
line (where you
return with your
FASTPASS ticket
during the time
printed on it),
and then the
Standby line is
the line you go
to if you do not
have a FASTPASS.
